About the Role

Huntress is hiring a Sales Operations Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner for our Internal IT & Security (IIS) Account Executive, Sales Development, and Account Management teams. You will collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to scale business growth by developing processes, creating insightful reports, analyzing data, and supporting forecasting efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales Leadership Team, understanding global business needs specific to Internal IT, direct sales, VARs, and resellers.
  • Consolidate insights to influence strategic plans and ensure alignment across all regions.
  • Maintain expertise in our sales process, CPQ quoting, and rules of engagement.
  • Execute on prioritized projects by identifying high-impact opportunities, documenting requirements, analyzing data, and delivering solutions.
  • Identify core areas for improvement for our IIS sales teams via process or system enhancements.
  • Assist with CRM hygiene enforcement and coaching with sales managers.
  • Develop reporting within relevant tools to enable individual contributors and managers to run their business effectively.
  • Assess meeting and lead distribution to ensure function, equality, and volume for each sales position.
  • Conduct book of business analysis to align account managers with the right size accounts and partners for optimal coverage and growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience on sales or revenue operations teams.
  • Knowledge of selling direct to enterprises of all sizes and managing VAR/reseller relationships.
  • Comfort navigating multiple, shifting priorities in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Experience with sales process, funnel management, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Sigma, HEX, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A desire to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and solve problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Preferred 2+ years of experience with Salesforce and SFDC reporting.

Team & Environment

You will join an established Sales Operations team, serving as the main point of contact within Sales Operations for the IIS, Sales Development, and Account Management teams. You will partner closely with leaders in sales and marketing and report to the Manager, Sales Operations.

  • Compensation: $100,000 to $115,000 base salary + stock options.
