About the Role
The Sales Operations Analyst will help improve sales efficiency by analyzing data, refining processes, and providing actionable insights to support revenue objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for sales leadership
- Support the creation of sales forecasts and quotas
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align goals and strategies
- Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and recommend improvements
- Maintain data accuracy across CRM and sales systems
- Assist in designing and rolling out sales incentive plans
- Track key performance indicators and provide regular updates
- Conduct competitive market analysis to inform strategy
- Manage data integrity for sales pipelines and conversion rates
- Support onboarding of new sales tools and technologies
- Work with finance to reconcile sales figures and projections
- Standardize sales processes across regions
- Evaluate the impact of sales initiatives and campaigns
- Provide analytical support during quarterly business reviews
- Assist in developing sales training materials based on data insights
- Monitor sales cycle length and recommend optimizations
- Coordinate with IT to ensure system integrations function properly
- Document operational procedures and best practices
- Respond to ad hoc data requests from sales leadership
