About the Role

This role is responsible for analyzing sales data, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic planning through accurate reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and performance drivers
  • Maintain and improve sales reporting systems
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to track key performance indicators
  • Support the development of sales forecasts and models
  • Streamline data collection and reporting processes
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales operations and recommend solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy across sales platforms and CRM tools
  • Assist in the implementation of sales tools and technologies
  • Produce regular performance dashboards for leadership review
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals
  • Monitor sales pipeline health and conversion rates
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Standardize sales operation procedures across teams
  • Evaluate impact of sales initiatives and promotions
  • Support onboarding and training for new sales tools
  • Coordinate with finance for revenue tracking and reconciliation
  • Improve forecasting accuracy through data validation
  • Document operational workflows and update as needed
  • Assist in managing sales incentive plans
  • Track customer acquisition costs and sales cycle length
  • Provide insights on regional and product-level performance
  • Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards
  • Leverage CRM data to enhance sales visibility
