Stryker Corporation is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to provide operational support to sales management and to plan projects that improve the effectiveness of the sales force. You will focus specifically within the Trauma and Extremities division, serving as a key partner to sales leadership.
What You'll Do
- Oversee, design, and develop incentive compensation plans for a multi-channel and multi-divisional field sales organization.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual calculation, validation, and payment of incentive compensation plan components and bonus commissions.
- Develop and leverage business partnerships with Finance, HR, and Sales Leadership to align compensation with organizational and sales force goals.
- Partner with sales leadership on territory alignment changes and assess associated sales and quota impacts.
- Develop, maintain, and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation metrics.
- Plan and coordinate projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
- Develop processes and procedures to support the sales process and participate in defining requirements for sales support systems.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
Nice to Have
- 1+ years of related professional experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel abilities, including pivot tables and V-lookups.
- Prior experience with Varicent/IBM ICM.
