About the Role
The position involves leading engagement with U.S. direct sales and clinical teams, developing sales strategies through analytics, supporting product commercialization including Symplicity Spiral, and aligning cross-functional efforts to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination and communication between U.S. direct sales, clinical teams, and cross-functional partners to strengthen collaboration.
- Use data analysis to identify strategic opportunities and deliver tailored, actionable sales insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales leadership, and business partners to execute strategies that improve sales performance and outcomes.
- Define processes and performance indicators to enhance sales and clinical team effectiveness.
- Evaluate business needs, workflows, and data connections to optimize operational efficiency.
- Align sales procedures to create operational synergies across teams.
- Create tools, resources, and solutions to strengthen the sales cycle.
- Design initiatives aimed at increasing demand for products and services within the CRDN portfolio.
- Work with teams to ensure effective design and rollout of programs.
- Drive implementation of sales tactics by field teams and internal partners to maximize immediate and future results.
- Guide sales teams in executing marketing and sales strategies that support market expansion.
- Build strong relationships with field staff to address customer concerns and ensure customer feedback shapes strategy and tools.
- Engage with marketing, customer service, supply chain, finance, and other internal groups to standardize processes and simplify field metrics for better productivity.
- Lead data quality initiatives with stakeholders to improve analytics use, reduce redundancies, and maintain focus.
- Coordinate with training, human resources, and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new sales personnel.
- Develop performance metrics in partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate business development efforts.
- Use data insights to highlight and communicate key business opportunities.
- Contribute to the creation of strategic business plans focused on superior customer engagement.
- Partner with sales leadership to optimize sales force performance and U.S. business profitability.
- Uphold organizational ethics by communicating and managing compliance with business conduct standards.

Compensation
Salary ranges for U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) locations: $67,200.00 - $100,800.00. This role is eligible for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP), a short-term performance incentive.
A Day in the Life
Lead engagement with U.S. direct sales, CRDN clinical teams, and cross-functional partners through collaborative communication. Identify strategic initiatives using analytics to deliver timely, customized, and impactful sales intelligence. Support the U.S. launch of Symplicity Spiral and future CRDN commercialization projects. Partner with marketing and sales leadership to execute strategies that improve sales performance, productivity, and overall success. Identify necessary processes and metrics to support sales and clinical effectiveness. Analyze business needs, operational workflows, and data linkages to enhance operations. Align sales processes to create synergies. Develop tools and resources to improve the sales cycle.
