As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the efficiency and scalability of the Renewals organization. Your focus will be on driving operational excellence through data insights, process optimization, and system integrity. You'll work closely with sales leadership and operations teams to ensure renewal workflows are effective, compliant, and aligned with long-term business goals.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Salesforce and Revenue Operations teams to define system requirements, lead user acceptance testing, and maintain high standards of data quality.
- Improve renewal processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing scalable solutions, and aligning workflows with business growth.
- Monitor performance metrics to uncover trends, assess operational health, and recommend data-backed improvements.
- Develop and enforce global sales policies related to renewals, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance across regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that enhance renewal outcomes and customer retention.
- Support organizational scaling by documenting processes, conducting audits, and promoting best practices across teams.
What We're Looking For
- At least three years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a related strategic function.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to execution, with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, and JIRA is required.
- Strong communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders across departments and levels.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-moving environment, balancing multiple priorities with precision.
