Samsara is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to play a critical role in scaling our Renewals sales organization. This position partners with Renewal Sales Leadership and Salesforce Systems to optimize the Renewals lifecycle through scalable processes and data-driven insights that drive retention and expansion.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps to define business requirements, drive UAT, and uphold strong data hygiene standards.
- Partner with Renewal Sales to optimize system workflows and ensure processes scale efficiently with business growth.
- Work cross-functionally to improve Renewals outcomes through process redesign and systems-driven initiatives.
- Develop and monitor key operational metrics to identify inefficiencies; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Own and govern Renewals-related Sales Policies, ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistent global application.
- Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while helping scale a high-performing global Renewals organization.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in an operational, analytical, or strategic role supporting a sales organization.
- Strong organizational skills and business judgment with a track record of contributing to complex projects from strategy through execution.
- Previous experience working with Salesforce, Zendesk and JIRA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate proactively in a fast-paced environment.
