About the Role
The Sales Operations Administrator ensures smooth sales workflows by managing data, generating reports, and coordinating internal processes to enhance team productivity and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate sales data across CRM and internal systems
- Generate regular performance reports for sales leadership
- Support the development of sales dashboards and analytics tools
- Coordinate onboarding for new sales team members
- Track sales KPIs and identify performance trends
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets
- Manage sales territory assignments and account segmentation
- Process sales commission calculations and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and reporting standards
- Facilitate communication between sales and finance departments
- Administer sales technology tools and user access
- Monitor sales pipeline health and data integrity
- Support quarterly business reviews with data analysis
- Streamline sales operations workflows for efficiency
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from sales managers
