Avant Tech offers you a unique opportunity to build and run your own recruiting business as a Sales Officer. With our operational support and established brand, you'll develop client relationships and manage the recruitment process.
What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients within the IT sector and other verticals.
- Identify client hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates that meet their expectations.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to placement.
- Represent the Avant Tech brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to align business goals and strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales or recruiting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern recruiting tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally within IT staffing.
- An existing client or candidate network in IT or other vertical niches.
