INCA – Insurance Core Automation is hiring a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Business Catering to join our team. This role is central to our growth in Eastern Germany, where you will develop new business and manage complex projects from initial contact to signed contract. You will be part of the leading contract caterer in Germany, operating within an appreciative corporate culture that provides significant creative freedom.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers in the Business Catering segment for employee restaurants across the defined sales territory.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from needs analysis through developing creative culinary and concept proposals, cost calculations, and professional client presentations.
- Lead contract negotiations to a successful conclusion in cooperation with internal teams.
- Build and expand long-term customer relationships and business contacts.
- Observe and analyze market and competitor developments in Business Catering.
- Report regularly on sales activities and pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- Training in a commercial and/or gastronomy field.
- Solid knowledge and experience in the food sector, particularly in the Business Catering segment.
- Experience in a comparable sales role in Contract Catering or the food supply industry, or an operational catering professional with a desire to move into sales.
- Expert knowledge of modern catering concepts for business gastronomy.
- Excellent communication skills and a representative, convincing appearance.
- High customer and service orientation combined with strong negotiation skills.
- Enjoy networking and cross-departmental teamwork.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong skills in creating and delivering proposal presentations.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Car driver's license and a high willingness to travel within the sales region.
