INCA – Insurance Core Automation is seeking a (Senior) Sales Manager (m/w/d) to help shape the future of our training participants. In this role, you will directly impact individuals looking to restart their careers by providing expert guidance on our Digital Sales Management training program.
What You'll Do
- Conduct initial consultations with pre-qualified interested parties (B2C) for our training program.
- Analyze each candidate's professional situation, identify job market hurdles, and develop a future perspective together.
- Provide individual, clear, honest, and motivating advice on our Digital Sales Management training.
- Articulate why Digital Sales represents a real job opportunity, including for career changers.
- Guide participants through the complete application process with the employment agency, including the declaration of need, document preparation, and communication with placement officers.
What We're Looking For
- First experience in sales, education, or advising job seekers (e.g., as an educational advisor, career coach, or sales manager).
- High empathy and strong communication skills—you meet people where they are, motivate them, and advise on an equal level.
- A structured way of working, clear language, and a reliable demeanor.
- Interest in digital topics, further education, and labor market trends.
Nice to Have
- Experience with education voucher processes (Bildungsgutschein).
