EWOR GmbH is looking for a Web 3 Co-Founder / Head of Growth. You will build and run your own startup, supported by a radically selective fellowship and intensive coaching from serial entrepreneurs. This role is a personal development journey culminating in scaling a company to €100M+ in revenues.
What You'll Do
- Build and run your own startup in fields such as Web 3.
- Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a fully customised programme.
- Iterate your product until having reached product-market-fit.
- Receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing empire.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills and English language.
