TeleClinic is seeking a CRM Manager (m/w/d) to drive the ambitious growth and retention of doctors on our platform. You will have end-to-end responsibility for retention KPIs and work across data analysis, CRM strategy execution, and product insights within our dynamic, health-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Take end-to-end responsibility for retention KPIs like Monthly Active Users and doctor productivity.
- Conduct cohort analyses with the Business Automation Manager to understand doctor behavior and retention, deriving and validating hypotheses from insights and test results.
- Execute CRM initiatives using Braze, creating emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and content to increase the CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) of doctors.
- Continuously monitor and develop the CRM strategy and testing setup.
- Analyze and create Habit Loops, central to retention at TeleClinic, testing creative hypotheses and implementing MVPs with limited resources.
- Work closely with the Growth Acquisition Manager as an expert on the Activation Journey to acquire and activate the right patients.
- Provide input for product roadmaps and features based on data-driven insights, doctor feedback, and successful MVPs, working closely with product managers to prioritize and develop product improvements that enhance retention.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies that drive activation, engagement, and retention of doctors.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cohort analysis, statistical methods, experiments, and deriving actionable insights from data.
- Hypothesis-driven work approach with experience formulating, testing, and iterating on hypotheses.
- Hands-on, problem-solving approach with a focus on practical and efficient implementation of operational topics.
Nice to Have
- Experience with no-code/low-code platforms.
