GRAIL is seeking a Sales Manager who is highly motivated and results-oriented to drive our growth in the US market. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while enjoying the autonomy of a freelance setup backed by a monthly retainer.
What You'll Do
- Manage and close inbound and outbound sales opportunities, focusing on building a strong client base in the US.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and referrals, while also handling company-provided prospects.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services by understanding customer needs and aligning them with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions that drive lead conversion.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and regular reporting of pipeline status.
- Provide actionable client feedback to the team for continuous product/service improvement.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to stay competitive and relevant.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or service-based industries.
- Exceptional English communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong experience in managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Organized, goal-driven, and enthusiastic about delivering measurable results.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate US-based clients (including some evenings/weekends as needed).
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
