About the Role

The position involves managing paraffin sales in Poland, building relationships with suppliers and customers, monitoring market trends, and executing trades to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with paraffin suppliers across Europe
  • Secure reliable supply sources for the Polish market
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with vendors
  • Manage end-to-end transaction processes for paraffin deliveries
  • Monitor market developments and pricing dynamics in Central Europe
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supply and demand factors
  • Coordinate logistics for timely product delivery
  • Ensure compliance with quality and quantity specifications
  • Communicate regularly with customers to understand needs
  • Develop long-term commercial partnerships in Poland
  • Prepare and analyze market reports
  • Respond to market fluctuations with strategic adjustments
  • Work closely with internal operations teams
  • Support contract execution and documentation
  • Track shipment schedules and delivery performance
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate sales records and transaction data
  • Contribute to forecasting and planning cycles
  • Uphold company standards in all commercial dealings
  • Ensure adherence to agreed commercial timelines
  • Provide feedback on product performance and reception
