United Field Services, Inc. is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and manage our remote sales group focused on telemarketing and email outreach. This is a full-time remote position for a highly organized, results-driven professional comfortable managing sales operations with CRM tools.
What You'll Do
- Manage and lead a remote sales team.
- Oversee telemarketing and email sales campaigns.
- Track leads, pipelines, and performance using HubSpot CRM.
- Develop and improve sales processes and scripts.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure sales targets are met.
- Train, motivate, and support sales team members.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales management, telemarketing, and email sales.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, full-time role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
