Lead and develop a high-performing team of 10–15 Account Executives in a remote, high-volume outbound sales setting. This role is responsible for driving consistent performance by guiding representatives through daily activity management, call coaching, and strategic feedback to exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee team performance in a cold calling environment, ensuring adherence to activity goals and sales KPIs
- Conduct regular call reviews, live call shadowing, and one-on-one coaching sessions to improve selling techniques and close rates
- Lead team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to maintain engagement and accountability
- Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, adjust strategies, and increase conversion efficiency
- Ensure accurate representation of digital advertising products, pricing, and policies during client outreach
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, inclusivity, and professional development
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year managing inside sales teams in a high-activity outbound environment
- Experience selling digital solutions to small and medium-sized businesses
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and data-driven performance management
- Strong communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on coaching and team growth
- Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of customer-facing sales experience with a high school diploma or GED
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, remote-first workplace
Work Environment
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the Western Region of the United States within the Pacific, Mountain, or Arizona time zones. The role does not support applicants based in the Bay Area.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $63,000 – $78,000 annually. Additional compensation includes performance-based incentives and access to an employee stock purchase plan.
