The Boardroom Mastermind is hiring a Sales Manager - Promotional Products & E-Commerce to lead our revenue growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a sales team and collaborating cross-functionally within the branded merchandise industry.
What You'll Do
- Create and execute strategies that scale sales in the branded merchandise and promotional products space.
- Set clear goals, coach and support your team, and foster a culture of accountability and empowerment.
- Partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation and improve customer experience.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales performers who align with our values and mission.
- Analyze sales performance data, identify opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Step in on key negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in a sales leadership role, ideally in promotional products, branded merchandise, or adjacent industries.
- Strong people management and coaching abilities with a focus on inclusivity and team growth.
- Data-savvy with the ability to interpret trends and translate them into strategy.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and distribution models.
- Familiarity with SAGE or similar CRM platforms.

- Salary range: $75,000 - $125,000 per year.
