About the Role
This position is responsible for driving patient enrollment through direct outreach, partnership development, and data-informed sales strategies in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to acquire new patients through targeted sales efforts
- Develop relationships with community partners and referral sources
- Conduct in-person and virtual outreach events across the Bay Area
- Track and report on patient acquisition metrics weekly
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns
- Identify high-potential geographic and demographic areas
- Manage a pipeline of leads from first contact to enrollment
- Train and support field representatives on sales techniques
- Optimize outreach strategies based on performance data
- Coordinate scheduling for field activities and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Deliver feedback to product teams based on patient insights
- Represent the organization at health fairs and community events
- Meet monthly enrollment and conversion targets
- Support onboarding for newly acquired patients
- Adapt messaging for diverse cultural and linguistic audiences
- Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy standards
- Work cross-functionally with clinical and operations teams
- Provide input on incentive program effectiveness
- Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner
- Monitor competitor outreach strategies
- Escalate systemic barriers to access
- Participate in weekly performance review meetings
- Contribute to refining sales training materials
- Promote long-term patient engagement beyond initial sign-up
