atmio is looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/x) to be a foundational member of our sales team. In this key role, you will drive revenue and develop our sales strategy from the ground up in our fast-moving startup environment, with significant autonomy and accountability.
What You'll Do
- Be the full-cycle sales engine, driving revenue and shaping sales strategy as one of the first sales employees.
- Drive sales execution by actively developing and expanding sales channels and implementing go-to-market strategies.
- Lead outreach initiatives including initial contacts, cold calling, and email campaigns to generate leads and close deals.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and sales team on strategies to drive company growth.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales execution as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and experience working in an early stage start-up.
- Proven ability to manage CRM systems; best case HubSpot.
- Fluent in both German and English.
Nice to Have
- Fluent in Spanish, French, or Italian.
