Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch / Flemish Speaking Customer Support specialist to deliver high-quality assistance to our clients. You'll be the first point of contact, ensuring customer inquiries and issues are resolved effectively.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch and Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Address inquiries related to products, services, and company policies with accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with various teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer needs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to inquiries.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to team success.
- A genuine passion for helping customers and providing high-quality support.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of English.
