ISTA Personnel Solutions is hiring an 180 Degree Recruiter specializing in the US healthcare sector. This is a high-volume, candidate-facing role where you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and booking interviews for top talent, ensuring only the best matches progress for our US-based client.
What You'll Do
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels to identify high-quality candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and back-to-back interviews to match talent to client requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep candidate information accurate and organized in internal systems.
- Write and post compelling job ads to attract suitable candidates.
- Work closely with 360-degree recruiters or account managers to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends to identify and engage with in-demand talent.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- High energy and a positive, professional attitude.
- A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability.
- Reliable power backup to manage load shedding or outages.

Work Mode
This is a remote position requiring work during EST hours.
