Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization.
- Identify and engage new clients, including banks, financial institutions, retailers, and other businesses.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years’ work experience as a Sales Manager
- Must have a minimum of 2 years sales experience with Digital Payment Solutions / Data Security Protection / Hardware Security Module (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales expertise: Knowledge of sales tactics, forecasting, and market analysis
