GFIC is hiring a Sales Manager m/f/d Flavours, Food Ingredients for AT, Slo, Cr & Hu Distribution

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new B2B clients in designated countries
  • Build and maintain long-term customer partnerships
  • Drive customer acquisition efforts in Eastern Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary
  • Take ownership of regional sales planning and budget execution
  • Deliver on set sales targets for the assigned territory
  • Monitor and manage the regional sales budget
  • Lead sales projects from initiation to closure
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
  • Implement initiatives to enhance customer retention
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle and address deviations
  • Analyze reasons for customer attrition
  • Design and execute strategies to re-engage lost customers
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Generate sales reports and analytical insights
  • Use data to guide sales strategy and performance
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry gatherings
  • Promote brand presence through active event participation
