Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and grow a team of licensed insurance agents within a high-performance, fast-moving sales setting
- Ensure accountability for key performance indicators such as conversion rates, premium generation, contact frequency, and customer satisfaction scores
- Hold routine coaching discussions, evaluate call quality, and conduct performance reviews to uncover development opportunities
- Set measurable performance standards, objectives, and improvement strategies for individual agents
- Regularly review and refine sales procedures, workflows, and team operations to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Find ways to improve lead handling, quoting methods, follow-up practices, and customer interaction techniques
- Work across departments to roll out operational upgrades that enhance both agent and client experiences
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, and leadership teams to share insights on tools, workflows, lead allocation, and process changes
- Play a central role in defining the agency’s operational framework and long-term strategy
- Maintain active partnerships with assigned insurance carriers and assist in carrier-specific programs
- Assist in recruiting and integrating new insurance agents across various locations
- Create and lead continuous training modules, coaching initiatives, and skill refreshers
- Promote a results-driven, cooperative, and customer-first team environment
- Track, interpret, and report on individual and team performance patterns
- Use analytics, dashboards, and reporting systems to uncover insights and guide performance improvements
- Monitor advancement toward team targets and deliver regular progress updates to leadership
