Huntress is hiring a Sales Manager

About the Role

Huntress is searching for a Sales Manager to lead our fast growing team working with mid market organisations across APAC. In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing group of Account Executives, helping them build meaningful relationships with prospects and partners while championing the value of Huntress’ cybersecurity solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Hire, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives across Australia, supporting the APAC region
  • Help your team articulate Huntress’ technical capabilities in a way that resonates with business decision-makers
  • Drive results through new customer acquisition and ARR growth targets
  • Guide opportunities through each stage of the sales process using a structured qualification framework
  • Maintain accurate short and mid-term forecasts (30 to 90 days) through regular pipeline and deal reviews
  • Partner closely with Sales Development and Sales Engineering to manage pipeline flow and coordinate technical support
  • Foster and champion Huntress’ core values: Own It, Elevate It, Send It - within your team
  • Travel for customer meetings, industry events, and internal gatherings when required

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience managing new logo sales teams, ideally focused on mid-market and below
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other similar CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC
  • Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of / relationships in the IT resale partner space is a plus
  • A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices is a plus
