Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in digital marketing, advertising, or tech-driven environments.
- A completed degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, combined with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you're confident, curious, and a great listener.
- Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- A high level of initiative, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
