About the Role

The Sales Engineer will work with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions, while also managing the sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including initial contact, qualification, and closing.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications and user manuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.
  • Work with the product development team to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
  • Provide technical support to customers during the sales process and after the sale.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop technical content for marketing campaigns.
  • Provide technical training to customers and internal teams.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the finance team to manage sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Provide technical input to the sales team to help them win new business.
  • Work with the legal team to manage contracts and agreements.
  • Provide technical input to the product development team to help them improve existing products and develop new ones.
  • Provide technical input to the marketing team to help them develop effective marketing campaigns.
  • Provide technical input to the customer support team to help them resolve customer issues.
  • Provide technical input to the sales team to help them close deals.
  • Provide technical input to the product management team to help them develop product roadmaps.
  • Provide technical input to the executive team to help them make strategic decisions.
  • Provide technical input to the human resources team to help them recruit and train new employees.
  • Provide technical input to the finance team to help them manage the company's financial performance.
  • Provide technical input to the operations team to help them improve the company's operations.
  • Provide technical input to the information technology team to help them improve the company's technology infrastructure.
