In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new market opportunities, and drive revenue growth in core industry sectors including medical technology, laser applications, and semiconductor manufacturing.
What You'll Do
- Develop and expand the customer base in the DACH region through proactive outreach and relationship management
- Collaborate with local sales partners to strengthen market presence and improve performance
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote solutions and generate leads
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development teams
- Work closely with marketing to adapt campaigns for regional relevance and impact
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years in technical sales, with a focus on optics or related high-tech fields
- Proven experience and established network in the DACH market
- Deep understanding of applications in microscopy, medical devices, laser systems, or industrial vision
- Fluent in both English and German, with the ability to engage technical clients confidently
- Skill in interpreting complex customer needs and aligning them with appropriate solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hubspot and enterprise systems like SAP
