About the Role

Phi Labs is hiring a Sales Manager to drive growth for our new DeFi product, Bolt Liquidity. In this role, you will focus on direct outreach and partnership development, building and closing deals, and representing Bolt within the Web3 ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with DeFi protocols, exchanges, wallets, and other ecosystem players.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: outreach, discovery, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with partners and maintain ongoing communication to expand opportunities.
  • Represent Bolt in community channels, industry events, and Web3 conferences to expand network and visibility.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Track progress against KPIs such as deals closed, integration growth, and pipeline health.
  • Stay on top of DeFi, L1/L2, and Web3 trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Provide feedback from prospects and partners to Product and Growth teams to align roadmap with market needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of DeFi concepts: liquidity, AMMs, tokenomics, cross-chain solutions, and protocol integrations.
  • Experience in web3, decentralized finance (DeFi), decentralized applications (dapps) and blockchain principles.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within Web3, DeFi, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and maintaining long-term client/partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented with experience managing pipelines and hitting targets.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working in a startup or remote-first environment.
  • Familiarity with ecosystems such as Cosmos, SUI, and/or Solana.
