Deel is looking for a Sales Manager, Account Executive, MM | EMEA to lead and grow our sales efforts. You will build and lead a team of Mid Market Account Executives focused on acquiring new business, driving a high-performance culture to achieve ambitious sales goals as we create infrastructure for the future of work.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of Mid Market Account Executives focused on acquiring new business.
  • Attract, hire, and retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow.
  • Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Coach, manage and develop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap improvement.
  • Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team.
  • Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions.
  • Model elite seller behaviour for Account Executives and team sell alongside sales reps.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years managing a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in a highly competitive Mid Market or Enterprise market.
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, take ownership of implementation and/or project management of sales initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business by sharing insights, the root causes behind changes in KPI's, and your recommendations to double down or course correct.
  • Analytical Sales Leader with strong experience using data to drive decision making.
  • Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion.

Nice to Have

  • MEDDICC and Command of the Message sales experience a bonus.
