About the Role
Lead and develop a team of account executives while driving sales performance and executing strategic account planning in a SaaS-focused organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of account executives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach
- Monitor team performance using key sales metrics and reporting tools
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales campaigns with market demand
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting
- Train team members on product updates and sales methodologies
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Drive adoption of CRM tools and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with customer success to improve retention and upsell rates
- Represent the sales team in cross-functional meetings
- Develop quarterly sales plans and present to leadership
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff
