Limble is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of Small and MidMarket Account Executives. You will coach, train, and develop the sales force to exceed quotas and drive a solution-selling culture. This is a hybrid position requiring regular presence in the Charlotte, NC office.
What You'll Do
- Actively coach, train, and develop a team of Account Executives.
- Run weekly 1-on-1s with each direct report to help them overcome roadblocks and chart their long-term career growth.
- Consistently coach and train Account Executives to exceed their quotas.
- Focus on driving a solution selling and value selling culture.
- Help sales reps improve closing percentage, quota attainment, discovery, presentation skills, and master the sales process.
- Document effective training, team-building, and sales process plays and share them with colleagues to drive improvement.
- Monitor team KPIs and proactively identify actions team members can take to improve each month.
- Demonstrate a never quit attitude and instill tenacity and resilience in your team.
- Analyze team performance data to suggest scalable improvements to core sales processes and sales training.
- Ensure Account Executives are accurately and regularly forecasting, updating their pipeline, and documenting activities in the CRM.
- Design, develop, deliver, and revise training programs for new and existing Account Executives in partnership with the Enablement team.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in a B2B SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales position in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated experience driving outbound pipeline generation.
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
- Track record of overachievement and forecast accuracy against individual and team quotas.
- Strong empathy for peers, direct reports, and customers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate behavior change.
- Adaptable and open to changing processes when it’s right for your team, your organization, and the customers you serve.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and willingness to research accounts and develop a hypothesis about how the solution will create value for the prospect.
