Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and handover to the account team.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure clear visibility of the sales funnel.
- Monitor deal progress, SLAs, and contract execution.
- Collaborate with the account and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Expand the active client base and build a healthy, predictable sales pipeline.
- Increase deal volume and overall profitability per client.
- Contribute to sustainable revenue growth through long-term client retention.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, SaaS, or digital services.
- Proven record of managing end-to-end sales processes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, organization, and accountability.
- Fluent English (B2+)
Nice to Have
- Polish, Czech, or Ukrainian is a plus.
