Bounce is seeking a Sales Intern to join our Sales Academy and become a Market Launcher for the North America region. This 6-month program is designed to jumpstart your career with hands-on experience in our fast-paced, innovative startup environment. You'll be a core member of the sales team, directly contributing to our growth.
What You'll Do
- Grow Bounce’s network and close supply gaps across North America.
- Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, and other channels to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery and pitch to closing, account creation, and partner onboarding.
- Deliver your own leads while also working with supplied leads.
- Work closely with your manager to identify and execute on expansion opportunities.
- Travel for outbound sales activities.

- Fluent in English.
- A high-energy individual with a strong work ethic and desire to achieve top results.
- Confidence and comfort with a high volume of sales calls and cold approaching businesses.
- Resilience and comfort with rejection.
- Charismatic, positive, and can-do attitude over the phone and in-person.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence in face-to-face interaction and outside sales with local businesses.
- A self-starter with the drive to self-manage and work towards goals.
- Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and the startup ecosystem.
Team & Environment
You will be a member of Bounce's Sales Academy and an integrated part of the sales team. We operate as a fast-paced, scrappy, and close-knit group where experimentation fuels innovation and collaboration is key.
Work Mode
This role requires you to be based in North America and work locally within the country.
