The Credit Pros is hiring a Sales Helpdesk Process Admin to ensure seamless technology support and operational efficiency for our sales team. This remote role provides first-level technical assistance, manages system assignments, and supports training initiatives to keep our sales operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, investigate, maintain, and resolve issues with the sales team’s software and technologies, tracking and reporting on usage and problems.
- Provide agents with system access and assign them to teams, dialer skills, and queue priorities based on reporting.
- Ensure agents comply with technical requirements, tool usage, and sales fraud guidelines.
- Lead, test, and collaborate with IT and offshore partners to resolve software and technology issues for efficient sales team operations.
- Provide support to help new agents learn and effectively use their assigned tools.
- Lead the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures for the Sales department.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge and experience with a sales tech stack including omnichannel contact center software (Hodu), notetaking AI-assistant (Krisp), ticketing and project management (Jira), and CRMs (HoduCC and Salesforce).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive tasks.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting software and hardware, as well as sales process management.
- Experience in sales operations or customer service support roles.
