Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales processes including discovery calls, product demonstrations, pilot coordination, proposal development, and negotiation with mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Execute outbound strategies and manage inbound leads by identifying high-potential accounts, conducting outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone, and responding promptly to incoming inquiries.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by creating and tracking opportunities in the CRM, ensuring accurate documentation and consistent progression.
- Design customized messaging that highlights value by analyzing customer-specific challenges and translating product capabilities into measurable return on investment narratives.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams on go-to-market initiatives, including campaigns and events, and provide field insights to refine strategies.
- Continuously update sales materials, outreach sequences, presentations, and pricing models based on performance data and market feedback.
- Collect and communicate customer needs, use cases, and product suggestions to internal product and engineering teams.
- Propose actionable improvements to sales processes, tools, and tactics to increase conversion rates and reduce sales cycle length.
