TensorOps is hiring a Sales Fulfillment Analyst to play a critical role in our revenue operations. You will combine administrative support, operational stewardship, and analytical reporting to ensure accurate and high-quality fulfillment of client campaigns across our local, national, and multi-market businesses.
What You'll Do
- Interact daily with agencies and internal station teams.
- Enter orders and maintain client advertising schedules.
- Track audience delivery for client campaigns regularly.
- Develop presentations and provide a high level of customer service.
- Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Provide overall support to the sales organization.
- Ensure all orders follow standardized TEGNA coding for accurate corporate reporting.
- Work closely with Sales Management to ensure accuracy, continuity, and meeting deadlines.
- Actively work within TEGNA selling platforms like WideOrbit Traffic, WideOrbit Media Sales, and WideOrbit Connect.
- Create campaign analyses on clearance trends, station availability, sell-out percentages, and revenue.
- Work with TCO on training opportunities for Sales Assistants.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of account engagement in a professional, fast-paced sales environment.

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively with a sense of urgency.
- Creative and able to adapt quickly to change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Nice to Have
- College degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience using WideOrbit platforms.
