WebBookingPro was looking for a Sales Executive

WebBookingPro is looking for a Sales Executive to join our team as an independent contractor. In this 100% commission-based role, you will be instrumental in acquiring new hotel clients and managing partnerships. You will own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and demonstrations to closing deals and invoicing—while working remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Acquire new hotel clients and upsell current customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to demonstration, closing, and invoicing.
  • Create sales strategies and conduct presentations.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and targets.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and deliver proposals professionally.
  • Negotiate contracts while balancing client service and company profit margins.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide product feedback from clients to the Product Team.
  • Engage with local industry groups and travel associations to promote products.
  • Attend key functions and events, including travel to meet with relevant managers.

What We're Looking For

  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales or a hotel industry-related business portfolio.
  • Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in creating sales strategies and conducting presentations.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Confident phone presence and excellent listening skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for professional customer interaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, or BANT.

You'll be joining a 11-50 employee company and will be supported by a dedicated sales partnerships team.
