Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business within the investment community. This is a full-cycle sales position focused entirely on prospecting and closing, where success is measured by your ability to understand client challenges and align them with powerful data and research offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales efforts, from initial outreach to contract finalization
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads within the financial and investment space
- Build credibility and long-term relationships with clients by deeply understanding their research needs
- Partner with research and product teams to ensure client questions are met with precise, actionable insights
- Turn satisfied clients into advocates through consistent, consultative engagement
- Drive adoption of complex data solutions by clearly communicating value and relevance
What We’re Looking For
You bring proven experience selling subscription-based services to enterprise clients, with a history of surpassing targets. You thrive in a self-directed environment and are comfortable introducing sophisticated products to sophisticated buyers. Success in this role requires emotional intelligence, sharp questioning skills, and the resilience to navigate long sales cycles.
- 4+ years in enterprise SaaS or data subscription sales
- Track record of exceeding quotas and onboarding new clients
- Strong communicator with the ability to uncover client pain points through thoughtful dialogue
- Motivated by collective success and continuous improvement
- Passionate about the intersection of data, analytics, and financial decision-making
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary for this role is $110K, with on-target earnings reaching up to $260K when performance goals are met. The total compensation package includes equity and variable commission. Final offers reflect experience, skill level, and internal benchmarks.
