AireSpring is looking for a Sales Executive to support the Sales Manager in driving revenue for our hotel operations. You'll execute the sales strategy and coordinate group arrangements to achieve and exceed budget targets.
What You'll Do
- Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, services, function space, and safety guidelines.
- Answer incoming phone calls pleasantly and handle telephone enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate all group arrangements and work with contacts to facilitate program planning.
- Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments.
- Follow up with Post-Conference reports and review group billings.
- Input all group bookings and update booking activities in the system weekly.
- Prepare reports and maintain proper records and filing systems.
- Maintain gifts inventory and coordinate sending gifts to clients.
- Arrange site inspections for potential clients.
- Promote positive client relations and attend to all requests expediently.
- Acknowledge and handle clients’ complaints and comments tactfully.
- Up-sell and promote hotel’s facilities and services at every opportunity to maximize revenue.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Events Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
- Ability to engage effectively with luxury clientele and senior stakeholders.
- Commitment to upholding brand standards for professional conduct and presentation.
