Synechron is looking for an IT Process Analyst – Corporate Registers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving end-to-end operational processes related to funds, mandates, and distribution activities for a key Private Bank client in Geneva.
What You'll Do
- Map and document key business processes related to funds and mandates, investor onboarding and KYC, account opening, and mandate lifecycle events.
- Analyze current-state processes to identify bottlenecks, control gaps, failure points, and improvement opportunities, proposing pragmatic and efficient solutions.
- Lead and support process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives (RPA, AI, workflow automation, data integration), including requirements gathering, UAT coordination, implementation, post-go-live monitoring, and daily support.
- Provide ad-hoc business analysis and impact assessments for new product launches and distribution initiatives.
- Support change management by preparing training materials, running workshops, and training operations and distribution teams on new or revised processes.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst within fund administration, transfer agency, fund operations, or fund distribution, acquired at an asset manager, bank, or fund administrator.
- Understanding of fund products and structures (UCITS, AIFs, SICAVs) and fund accounting principles.
- Experience in drafting epics and user stories and facilitating story mapping workshops with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile environments and applying agile methodologies.
- Expertise in process mapping and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM), with experience driving end-to-end process transformations.
- Proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Swagger, Tableau or other BI tools) and familiarity with data mastering systems.
- Familiarity with automation solutions such as RPA, workflow engines, and BPM tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Swiss Residency.
