RE/SPEC Inc. is hiring a Mid-Level Process Engineer to support a diverse portfolio of energy development and operational projects, primarily in the midstream and downstream sectors. As a 100% employee-owned company, we tackle complex challenges in energy transition, infrastructure resilience, and sustainability. In this role, you'll contribute to both surface and subsurface infrastructure projects, applying your engineering expertise to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and practical solutions.
What You'll Do
- Support a diverse portfolio of energy development and operational projects.
- Contribute to both surface and subsurface infrastructure projects.
- Apply engineering expertise in system design, process evaluation and optimization, hydraulic analysis, and project implementation.
- Partner closely with clients and internal project teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and practical solutions.
- Perform business development responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 5-15 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong foundation in engineering principles and their real-world application.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in engineering software and programming tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Python, Latex).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with sound judgment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel.
