At Assent, we are looking for a Customer Support Associate - German to join our Support team. In this role, you will be instrumental in obtaining declarations and key information from non-responsive suppliers within our clients' supply chains. You’ll provide a positive support experience through multi-channel communication while helping suppliers navigate their compliance requirements.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with suppliers through a multi-channel approach including emails, phone calls, and conference calls to gather compliance information, assist with requests, and confirm document quality.
- Work directly with top-tier suppliers as a valuable resource to help them respond to compliance requests.
- Handle inbound calls from suppliers to troubleshoot issues and guide them through their compliance requests.
- Engage unresponsive suppliers via outbound calls, supplier education, and webinar invitations.
- Provide language support in German and English for internal translations, hosting webinars, and joining prospect calls with the Sales team.
- Work closely with the Program Success team to strategize on approaches for new customers, client campaigns, and supplier issues.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Related work experience in areas such as administration, reporting, research & data, supplier/customer support, or call centers.
- Solid ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Computer proficiency using MS Office Suite and Google Applications, with the ability to leverage functions proactively to work effectively and efficiently.
- A self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to adhere to assigned deadlines.
