AireSpring is looking for an Implementation Consultant to design, develop, deploy, and support the onboarding of enterprise SaaS software for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring customer success by demonstrating platform value and painting a vision of technical possibilities, blending technical expertise with effective storytelling.
What You'll Do
- Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users.
- Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings.
- Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery through Best Practices Playbooks while supporting clients through implementation.
- Work closely with the Implementation Team, including Project Managers, Principal Consultants, and Technical Services resources.
- Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration as well as end user training.
- Perform basic project management tasks including creation of onsite agendas, project task list follow up, and escalation of issues to Project Manager & Leadership to keep project within scope and timeline.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation.
- 2+ Years of experience as an Implementation Consultant acting as a billable resource with a utilization target.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of the English and German languages.
- Ability and availability for travel (up to 40%) to customer sites for face-to-face meetings, as requested by the customer.

- Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software a plus.
- Venue and/or Exhibition industry experience preferred but not required.
