About the Role

AireSpring is hiring an Order Manager IV with German to be accountable for order delivery and the coordination of the entire order management process. You will manage complex customer orders and the execution of service contracts to meet specific SLAs, KPIs, and budgets within a professional telecommunications environment.

What You'll Do

  • Steer and lead all key accountabilities and responsibilities of the Order Manager role family.
  • Manage, validate, create, plan, and process complex customer orders, providing consultancy to ensure delivery within required time, quality, cost, and KPIs.
  • Support and manage the execution of service contracts to meet all relevant service KPIs and stay within the given budget.
  • Communicate with production to ensure delivery of services within required SLA, OLA, and KPI.
  • Support the billing process by providing relevant order management inputs.
  • Manage Order Management tasks in the pre-sales phase and onboard new customers to OM SSC.
  • Validate and resolve complex customer requests concerning technical feasibility.
  • Identify potential risks or blocking points of implementation and delays of orders.
  • Monitor, measure, coordinate, and escalate troubleshooting activities through involved organizational units to avoid any delays.
  • Support project teams to deliver complex order processes.
  • Create and manage Service Improvement Plans and make recommendations on process optimization and quality improvement.
  • Propose new solutions for customers and notify the Customer Business Manager about contract or resource needs.
  • Take part in contract execution and implementation coordination, ensuring performance aligns with agreed SLAs.
  • Cooperate with business owners to ensure resource and skills availability.
  • Monitor compliance with deadlines, service levels, cost development, and internal cost allocation.
  • Apply intermediate knowledge of project execution and service management methods to improve service quality.
  • Consult the customer's technical staff and middle management on technical issues.
  • Make proposals for keeping and optimizing customer budgets.
  • Supervise the entire end-to-end ordering process, consulting departments and the customer as needed.
  • Participate in process design activities, system development, testing, and share knowledge with associates.
  • Take responsibility for the quality of the associated support area as measured in KPIs and project milestones.
  • Check offerings for compliance with technical concepts and propose alternatives to clients for cost optimization.

What We're Looking For

  • Master’s degree.
  • 5 years of experience in ICT Delivery Service Management.
  • 2–5 years of relevant professional work experience.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation, SeM Basic, and ITIL V4 certifications.
  • Expert-level general IT knowledge and expert knowledge of the DTAG portfolio.
  • MS Office at an advanced level.
  • Sound project management principles in practice.
  • Mature professional expertise with a deep understanding of theoretical concepts and practical application.
  • Understanding of finance and billing processes and ability to manage cost control and budget planning effectively.
  • English at an advanced (C1) level and German at an advanced (C1) level.
  • Strong customer orientation, excellent leadership abilities, and clear professional communication.
  • Effective and diplomatic negotiation, efficient time management, and a structured, analytical problem-solving approach.
  • Results and performance focus, confident professional presentation, maturity, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Positive relationship building through interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to understand complex, specialized professional topics and navigate varying, complex situations.
  • Ability to work within standardized procedures while making minor adaptations.
  • Ability to plan, schedule, monitor, and review the work of others and collaborate effectively in supportive environments.
  • Ability to operate under regulated supervision and contribute to company results without carrying direct financial responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively without direct subordinates.
