Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Participate in sales planning and forecasting meetings
- Support onboarding of new clients post-sale
- Represent the company at industry events and networking sessions
- Adapt communication style to suit different client personalities
- Use CRM tools to track leads and manage pipelines
- Coordinate with technical teams to address client inquiries
- Follow up on customer referrals and warm leads
- Develop understanding of customer business models
