Nasoft is hiring a Sales Executive - SMB

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing sales engagements for small and medium-sized business clients via phone-based outreach.
  • Respond to marketing-generated leads and assess their suitability for further follow-up.
  • Make unsolicited and pre-engaged calls to uncover client requirements and align them with appropriate offerings.
  • Present product features and conduct demonstrations to support customer decision-making and drive sales.
  • Meet monthly revenue goals, daily calling benchmarks, and pipeline development metrics.
  • Spot opportunities to expand account value through additional or complementary product sales.
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all sales interactions in CRM platforms.
  • Work with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client transitions.
  • Produce and deliver periodic reports on sales activity and performance outcomes.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.
