Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing sales engagements for small and medium-sized business clients via phone-based outreach.
- Respond to marketing-generated leads and assess their suitability for further follow-up.
- Make unsolicited and pre-engaged calls to uncover client requirements and align them with appropriate offerings.
- Present product features and conduct demonstrations to support customer decision-making and drive sales.
- Meet monthly revenue goals, daily calling benchmarks, and pipeline development metrics.
- Spot opportunities to expand account value through additional or complementary product sales.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all sales interactions in CRM platforms.
- Work with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client transitions.
- Produce and deliver periodic reports on sales activity and performance outcomes.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.
