About the Role

Gozego is hiring a Sales Executive I to sell merchant services and payment technology solutions directly to businesses. In this role, you'll drive revenue by combining field sales with phone-based outreach to identify, qualify, and close new accounts while managing client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Identify revenue opportunities and prospective clients within assigned territories through face-to-face meetings, telephone communications, and marketing programs.
  • Conduct suspect identification, planning, account qualification, and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
  • Respond to customer requests for information and deliver online presentations.
  • Identify and close additional product or service sales with existing clients to further develop the client relationship.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Maintain existing and prospective client records in the CRM system, including call notes, scheduled interactions, and contact information.
  • Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
  • Develop knowledge of the current product and service portfolio and changes within the payments industry.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Typically a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

  • B2B sales experience.
  • Cold calling sales experience.
  • Demonstrated successful performance in a previous sales role.

  • Total compensation includes a base of $64,480 plus commission.
