AnyVan was looking for a Sales Executive - Germany (Remote Namibia)

AnyVan is hiring a Sales Executive to focus on expanding our logistics services within the German market, working remotely from Namibia. You will be responsible for selling our services, managing your sales pipeline, and contributing to our growth.

What You'll Do

  • Talk to customers across Germany to understand their large-item moving needs and demonstrate how AnyVan provides a solution.
  • Build customer relationships, upsell services, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of AnyVan's offering.
  • Manage your leads and consistently hit your weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
  • Work with your manager to refine and improve sales strategies and tactics.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights to help improve company services.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in speaking and writing in both German and English.
  • A passion for sales and experience in a phone-based customer-facing role.
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced, phone-based sales or customer service environment.
  • The ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude.
  • Superb organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • A bias for action and the capability to deliver high-quality work quickly.
  • The ability to commute to our offices in the Central Business District 5 days a week and work flexible shift patterns, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Strong alignment with our company values and the ability to make an impact.

  • Call centre experience.
