Baykolog GmbH is hiring a Sales Executive / European Sales Lead to expand its presence across Western and Northern Europe, with a focus on the DACH region, France, Benelux, the UK, and the Nordics. You will drive market growth by owning the complete sales cycle for a diverse portfolio of IT solutions and services.
What You'll Do
- Conduct the entire sales cycle in the EU, Nordics, and UK, including lead generation, pitching, closing deals, and expanding customer relationships.
- Acquire new business in key industries such as logistics and WMS, biotech & pharma, automotive and PLM, banking & financial services, and robotics & automation software systems.
- Sell a strong portfolio of solutions, including custom software development, nearshore teams, WMS consulting and implementation, robotics and automation software, and fintech and banking platforms.
- Work closely with business unit leaders to develop marketable offers and pitch decks, and to support customer-facing engagements.
- Represent the company at international industry events, meetups, and trade fairs.
- Create forecasts, KPIs, and strategic plans for the region.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in technology/IT services within European markets.
- Proven experience with software outsourcing, solution sales, and nearshoring models.
- Strong understanding of at least one core area such as logistics/WMS, robotics software, pharma/biotech, or banking.
- Ability to align technical teams with commercial goals and design marketable offers.
- Fluent English and German language skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and the UK.
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles.
Nice to Have
- French, Dutch, or a Nordic language skills.
- Sales experience in automation or robotics software.
- An established network in the DACH, Benelux, UK, or Nordic logistics, pharma, or automotive sectors.
- A track record of supporting technical teams in commercial growth.
